I love the different Name of God. We have studied the attributes in Sunday school class. I would love to have a copy if the 16 Names of God to share them with others.
I would choose Empty Nest Awakening. Why? Because I have not seen much on that topic! I like understanding different seasons of life and well let's say that one will be different!! I like to be prepared, but I also feel I kinda am going through the empty nest in away with the kids leaving one by one and my family ever changing and growing. I just like to be prepared. I like to reflect and ponder what am I to be doing at this season in my life. I am excited that you are on You Version! And am looking forward to reading more by you!!
I and my sister pick studies to do on You Version, I am excited to learn that you are contributing. We came to the conference you had in Waterboro, Maine. Truly enjoyed it!
Oh, that IS a lovely prayer! Thank you for sharing, Michele. You're right--something about the ancient expression, syntax, and expression does seem more fitting and reverent than my own impromptu prayers. Thank you also for giving away two books. I'd love for my name to be chosen for 16 Names of God by Patsy Burnette!
I'd love to read, "16 Names Of God". It sounds very interesting to me. Thanks for the Thanksgiving Prayer. I think it's simply a lovely prayer. I enjoy your posts, they always challenge me to look in the mirror and be honest about what I see and what I need to do. I appreciate that!
Michele, thank you for that beautiful prayer! I printed it out and will use it at our thanksgiving celebration next week. I'd also like to be entered into the drawing for the book on Empty Nests - all our children live so very far away (TX, MA, CA,and NJ) and this mama is needing to find new purpose. I appreciate your posts so much. You truly are a kindred spirit.
Love ‘Valley of Vision’ so much!
Michele, I am so excited about your presence on YouVersion. Praise God for continuing to open doors even as some others slowly close.
Loved the Prayer of Thanksgiving. I've never heard that before but I really liked it! Thanks for sharing.

I'm interested in the empty nest book. Your musings on this stage strike me as profound. Blessings.
